RelayLeads SMS — Operator Account & Lead Notifications

RelayLeads, operated by Farmer Media, LLC, provides a platform for home-service businesses. This page describes the SMS program through which RelayLeads sends account and lead notifications to business operators who use the platform.

(This is separate from any messages a business sends to its own customers.)

1Who receives these messages

Business operators with a RelayLeads account.

New-lead notifications, booking activity on the operator's account, and account/onboarding alerts.

3How operators opt in

After signing in with Google, during onboarding, an operator may enter a mobile number and check an optional consent box. The box is unchecked by default and is not required to complete onboarding. The consent language is shown inline, with Terms and Privacy linked at the point of opt-in.
