RelayLeads Updates is the program through which Farmer Media, LLC d/b/a RelayLeads sends recurring automated marketing text messages and emails — product updates, tips, and offers — to people who sign up for them on relayleads.io.
(This is separate from the texts businesses send their customers about bookings, described in our SMS Program Terms, and from new-lead alerts to businesses that use RelayLeads, described on our operator alerts page.)
RelayLeads Updates. Text messages come from +1 (866) 371-8001. Emails come from “TyGerr at RelayLeads” at news.relayleads.io. Every text begins with “RelayLeads:” so you know who it is from.
Marketing messages only: news about RelayLeads, tips for running a service business with it, and offers. Right after you sign up you get a welcome text and email confirming you are in. We do not send account alerts, booking messages, or one-time passcodes through this program.
On relayleads.io, you enter your email address and mobile number in the sign-up form at the bottom of the page and check the consent box. The box is unchecked by default. Signing up is optional and is not a condition of any purchase — you can use RelayLeads without it. Links to these terms, our Terms, and our Privacy Policy are shown with the form.
You see this exact language next to the consent box (verbatim):

Message frequency varies. Expect a welcome text when you sign up and about one more text in the following weeks, then occasional product updates. Emails follow a similar pace and never more than two in any seven days. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan; RelayLeads does not charge you for these messages.
Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your mobile phone number, and we do not share mobile information or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Your number and email are used only to send the messages you agreed to and are shared solely with the providers that deliver them.
