This Privacy Policy explains how Farmer Media, LLC d/b/a RelayLeads ("RelayLeads," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the RelayLeads platform and the websites, applications, and communications we operate, including SMS text messaging.
RelayLeads provides a platform that businesses ("Clients") use to capture leads, schedule services, and communicate with their own customers. Our handling of information falls into two roles:

We do not use a Client's lead or customer data for our own marketing, and we do not sell personal information.
RelayLeads sends SMS text messages on behalf of Clients to individuals who have provided their mobile number and agreed to receive them — typically while booking a service or submitting a request through a Client's RelayLeads-powered page.
You opt in by providing your mobile number and affirmatively agreeing to receive text messages at the point of capture. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Messages are transactional and service-related — for example, booking confirmations, appointment reminders, technician or crew status updates, and scheduling changes. Where a message is delivered through RelayLeads's shared sender, it identifies the sending business and indicates it was sent via RelayLeads.
We do not sell your mobile phone number, and we do not share mobile information or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is used only to deliver the messages you have agreed to receive and is shared solely with the communications providers that transmit those messages on our behalf.

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described here. Lead information that does not convert is held on a limited, time-bound basis (currently up to 60 days) and then expires automatically. Account and transaction records are retained as required to operate the service and meet legal, accounting, and security obligations. A Client may request deletion of a specific individual's information, which we remove from the relevant systems.
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, including encryption of sensitive fields in transit and at rest, access controls, and isolation of each Client's data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. For information RelayLeads processes on a Client's behalf, please direct requests to that Client; we will assist them in responding. To exercise rights for information we control, contact us using the details below. You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP.
The platform is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the age defined by local law). If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. The version at this address is always the current one.
